These terms apply to your use of orvalio.com and to any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Orvalio is a trading name of WOLF SCALING LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Hong Kong under company number 78825658, with its registered office at 366 - 375 Queen’s Road Central, Unit 1603, 16/F, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

1. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a stock, pricing or payment issue. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any UK taxes that apply. Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you complete checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

3. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery times. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and refunds

5. Product information

We try to describe and photograph our lighting accurately, but colours, finishes and light output can vary slightly by screen and by installation. Product dimensions are approximate.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and layout, belongs to WOLF SCALING LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UK consumer law, or our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or business losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you have in your country of residence.
