Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we deliver orders placed on orvalio.com. Orvalio is a trading name of WOLF SCALING LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Hong Kong under company number 78825658, with its registered office at 366 - 375 Queen’s Road Central, Unit 1603, 16/F, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

1. Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 23:00 (UK time), at weekends or on a public holiday are processed from the next business day.

3. Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard tracked delivery takes 7–14 business days. In total, please allow 8–17 business days from the date of your order. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays can occur during busy periods or because of circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order within the United Kingdom. We do not charge any additional handling or fuel surcharge.

5. Carriers and tracking

We dispatch orders with established UK carriers, which may include Royal Mail, Evri or DPD depending on the item. You will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Orders containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

6. Address changes and cancellations

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. If you need to change the address or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it, at support@orvalio.com; we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days of the latest estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@orvalio.com and we will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
