Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on orvalio.com. Orvalio is a trading name of WOLF SCALING LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Hong Kong under company number 78825658, with its registered office at 366 - 375 Queen’s Road Central, Unit 1603, 16/F, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
1. Acceptance of order
Placing an order through our checkout is an offer to buy the products in your basket. We accept your order, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email.
2. Product descriptions
We describe our lighting products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and light output. Minor variations in colour or finish can occur between the photo and the product you receive, due to screen display and manufacturing tolerances.
3. Price and payment
All prices are in GBP and are as shown at checkout at the time you order. See our Payment Policy for accepted payment methods.
4. Delivery

5. Right to cancel
As a UK consumer you have a statutory right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our Return & Refund Policy gives you 30 days, which is more generous than this minimum.
6. Warranty
All lamps are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. If a genuine manufacturing fault appears in that period, contact us for a repair, replacement or refund.
